As advocates of a life lived in alleyways, we feel it’s our responsibility to inform our readers of the darker side of alley-living.

Unfortunately, an occasional unscrupulous group of youngsters will take advantage of the lawless nature of alleyways to engage in crooked behavior, such as butting.

So, consider this a warning. While alleys offer the extraordinary possibility of unbridled existence, this freedom comes with a price, and sometimes it’s getting butted.

To be fair, we should also point out that Lynn must see a higher percentage of buttings than most places seeing as they lay claim to the Gaywood burgler.
